Mini Pavlova with Chocolate Mousse

•••

Pavlova is a family favourite of ours. My family loves the outside very crisp, with the marshmallow quite gooey. So instead of one large pavlova (which you can certainly do with this recipe), I make 12 smaller ones and that gives me the perfect crisp to goo ratio! Top these mini, single serve pavlovas with… Read More Mini Pavlova with Chocolate Mousse

Actress & TV Chef

My culinary roadtrip began in our family restaurants, from washing dishes in my parent's Chinese restaurant, to pushing carts for our Dim Sum service and working the floor as we served hungry diners on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. This deep sense of respect for the industry was integrated with my passion for television when I competed on Masterchef Australia (season 8) placing Top 9. I learnt that to perform your best in the kitchen, you had to have a playful attitude! This led to other opportunities, such as cooking as a featured chef on Gusto TV's A is for Apple where I further honed my skills in simplifying modern classics, and the importance of food styling.

Out of the kitchen, I have also worked on many other film, television and commercial projects - see here for my non-culinary credits.

So what's our mission here?
To cook ourselves happy! :)
