Cut out circles with a ring cutter and place discs on a baking paper lined tray. You can gently layer the excess dough on top of itself and press down to cut more rounds from the dough. The very last portion can be gently pat into a ball.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Check they're cooked by trying to pull the top off one of the scones... you should be able to see if it's still doughy or nicely cooked through.
~ Enjoy with jam and cream or a simple dab of butter!!!!
~ Try replacing the raspberries with chocolate chips, some chopped dried fruit or go savoury with cheese and herbs!
