Creamy & Crunchy Broccoli Salad
Ingredients

head broccoli
1/2
red onion
thinly sliced
250
g
bacon
sliced

cup
red seedless grapes
halved
1/2
cup
sliced almonds
Creamy Dressing
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
2
Tb
white sugar
2
Tb
apple cider vinegar
1
garlic clove
crushed
1
large lemon
juice only
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut the broccoli into small florets, about 2cm in size.
Toast off the almonds in a dry pan on medium heat, remove when golden.
Turn up the heat and add bacon to the pan. Cook until crispy.
Toss everything together with the creamy dressing.

Whisk all the ingredients together... Hard right!?
