About

Food has always been my language.

I grew up working in my parents’ restaurants on the Northern Beaches of Sydney – washing dishes, pushing dim sum carts, learning what it means to feed people well. That early immersion gave me a respect for food that never left.

I married into an Italian family, which raised the stakes considerably.

That hunger led me to compete on MasterChef Australia Season 8, finishing Top 9 alongside my brother Jimmy – the first siblings to compete together. Cooking under Marco Pierre White, Nigella Lawson and Heston Blumenthal taught me that the best food comes from a playful attitude and genuine curiosity. It opened the door to hosting GustoTV’s original series A is for Apple, where I learned to simplify modern classics and make cooking feel accessible without dumbing it down.

After years of acting and also building a career in graphic design, I realized the same instinct was driving everything. Composition. The way your eye moves across a page, a frame, or a plate – that’s the thing that makes someone stop and look. Food just happened to be the most delicious way to practice it.

These days I’m based in Vancouver, working as a food stylist and photographer – and increasingly, as a potter. My handmade ceramics have found their way onto the set as props, which feels like everything coming together in the best possible way.

Where food meets creativity, that’s where you’ll find me.
