The day that makes a smooth shoot day achievable. Everything is sourced, cooked, and staged before the camera rolls.

Studio or On-Site

Where we shoot affects both the quality and the pace of the day. We recommend the studio for the majority of work.

How We Work Together

Revisions

1 round included

Additional revisions at $100 per image or $200 per video clip.

On-Set Approval

Agreed before shoot day

Max wait time and proceed protocol established at pre-shoot sign-off.

Payment

50% deposit on booking

Balance due on delivery. Administrative fees and interest accrued for late payments.

Cancellation

14-day notice

Deposit non-refundable within 14 days of shoot. Creditable within 60 days.

Bi-monthly sessions

Ad-hoc requests available at standard per-deliverable rate.

Perpetual licence

Kevin Clark Studios retains copyright. Full commercial licence granted on receipt of final payment.
